Micromanaging is not managing at all!!

 Micromanaging is actually a sign of weak management.  So what is your leadership style?

Some key considerations are:

  –  It destroys your focus

  – Forget about others taking ownership

  – If it is them…..it’s still up to you

  – Get over yourself

  – Delegate don’t abdicate

  – Slow down
